Description

Learn how important it is for any successful company in today’s business environment to have a culture built on the right values (often labeled Core Values). We know that all companies have values - a healthy set of values often lead to a lasting competitive advantage and dysfunctional values to serious liabilities. Mr. Eriksen will shed light on what a set of Core Values might look like, how a culture based on these values can be built, what is required of executive management in this process and the longer term impact of such a culture. The speaker will share his personal experiences with the audience and involve the students in discussions pertaining to real-life business cases.
